Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VISIONSPACE ("Enverse", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Enverse platform at enverse.ai (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information — name, email address, and authentication data provided through our sign-in provider. Content — images, video, text prompts, and other material you upload to or generate with the Service. Usage data — log and device information such as IP address, browser type, and feature usage, used to operate and secure the Service.
2. Connected platform data
If you choose to connect a third-party account (for example TikTok or X), we receive the basic profile information and access tokens that platform provides (such as your display name, avatar, and account identifier). We access connected-platform data only to provide features you explicitly request — we do not read your private messages, we do not post without your instruction, and we do not sell this data. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes our access; you can also revoke access from the platform's own settings.
Connected accounts are used for two different purposes, and which one applies depends on the platform. Publishing accounts (for example TikTok or X) exist so that you can publish content from Enverse to your own account. Reference accounts are read-only. Pinterest is a read-only connection: we read the boards and pins on your own account so you can browse them inside Enverse, and we never post, pin, follow, comment, or write anything to your Pinterest account.
What a Pinterest connection stores, and for how long. Browsing your boards stores nothing at all — board and pin images are displayed directly from Pinterest and are never copied to our servers. When you choose to add a specific pin to a Muse, we keep four things about that pin: its Pinterest address, its title, its description, and one copy of its image. Those four are deleted together, automatically, as soon as that pin is removed from the last Muse holding it. Disconnecting Pinterest revokes our access immediately, and you can delete a Muse or any pin in it at any time.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to provide and improve the Service, process your requests (including AI generation and publishing to connected platforms), maintain security, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) service providers that operate parts of the Service on our behalf (cloud hosting, authentication, AI model providers that process your prompts and images, and integration infrastructure for connected platforms); (b) the third-party platforms you explicitly connect and publish to; and (c) authorities when required by law. Service providers are bound to use data only to provide their service to us.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your account data and Content while your account is active. You may delete Content in the product, disconnect platforms at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us; we then delete associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
Access tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted by our integration infrastructure, transport is encrypted with TLS, and internal access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product, and the effective date above will be updated.
